Our story …

From starting out with childrens’ birthday cakes, Janet advanced to custom designed wedding cakes, cupcakes, table gifts, etc. and specialised in weddings for many years.

Through her success has come a demand for another speciality  –  Scottish Shortbread.  Through Scottish family ties, Janet has mastered the art of creating the authentic taste and quality of the traditional Scottish teatime treat  –  marketed as HIGHVELD SHORTBREAD.

Demand has also necessitated CAKE CLASSIQUE addressing a demand for Christmas Fruitcakes.  Over the past few years, Janet has designed uniquely decorated Christmas treats, which through their quality are enjoying increased success.
